Michael - hilarious! I think this is a case of being presented an image in (pop)culture and the insidious slippage of that image into our psyches to convince us that we generated the idea internally. Also, a 3-4 year old consciousness can be extremeley solipsistic, so why wouldn't she have felt like this is a feeling she's "always" had?
