Fly Me to the Moon

Holy shit! There's water on the moon! This song came to mind the day before, mind you, the historic announcement was made. I know, blogging about it after the fact really dampens my cred.

C'est la vie, et l'eau.

Artist: Frank Sinatra and Antonio Jobim
Year: 1966 (written in 1954 by Bart Howard)
Rating: Luke Hot

  1. Sooz, I'm really glad to see you excited about the moon water discovery, considering your decree a couple years ago to dismantle the space program because nothing worthwhile comes out of it!! Try telling that to poor world children who have no water to drink ;)

  2. Uh-hem, Dave, I'll offer a friendly correcttion: I have said, and will continue to say, that manned, er, personed, space missions are a massive waste of money. I've never said that the entire space program is for naught. I recognize that valuable information about the make up of the universe is out there, and that we should study it. And who wouldn't be excited about the discovery of water on the moon? That's friggin' awesome!
